The project
The Piker Files organizes a collection of Hasan Piker videos into a reference-style site. Every video has a stable page, available playback context, and a place for sources, transcripts, and responses.
This is an independently maintained archive. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a statement on behalf of the subject.
Privacy and external services
The site does not require an account. Search runs in the browser over a static index downloaded from this site. Light/dark preference is stored locally in your browser; no account is needed. The correction and video-submission forms can send their requested fields to the editor through Cloudflare Email Service when enabled; otherwise they prepare an email draft for you to send. Submissions are not automatically published and are not saved in a website database. Submitted messages are handled in the editor’s contact mailbox. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Thumbnails and video are requested from Mux, and the video-player library is loaded from jsDelivr when a recording is opened. Those providers receive ordinary network request information. The player is configured to request that Mux analytics tracking and cookies be disabled; this does not eliminate the providers’ network logs. Cloudflare serves the website. The interface requests Roboto from Google Fonts when available; otherwise it uses a local font fallback. Font providers receive the browser’s normal network request metadata. When direct corrections or video submissions are enabled, Turnstile processes browser and network information for spam protection, and the Worker uses the connection IP for rate limiting. The application does not add your IP address to the submission email or log the submission body. The email service and hosting provider may retain operational logs.
